瓦斯帳單The Gas Bill

Cutural Note:
In Taiwan, the gas fee will be charged per month; the user could authorize the bank or any financial organizations directly debit; the amount will be various upon how many members use the gas in the family. In the case below the family has one person only, the fee just for your reference. No matter you use gas or not, you have to pay the basic fee per month. Unless you cancel the gas service temporarily.

欣中：the name of the gas company
天然氣：gas
股份有限：limited
公司：company
98年11月份委託金融機構轉帳代繳氣費收據
98 年：(民國)98+1911=2009 , year 2009
p.s.
In Taiwan, 民國 is the unit of the year for domestic use, the number plus 1911 will be equal to A.D.
11月份：月份month; November
委託：to authorize
金融機構：financial organization
代繳：to pay on behalf of someone
收據：receipt
計費時間：duration of the charge
收據號碼：number of the receipt (號碼 number)
製表地址：the address of the bill (地址 address)
用戶號碼：number of the user (用戶 user or customer)
使用度數：degree of usage 12(使用usage 度數 degree)
代繳帳號：account of the bill
每度單價：unit price per degree NT$17 (每度per degree 單價unit price)
氣費：fee of the gas NT$212=12*17
基本費：basic fee NT$200
總金額：total amount NT$412 (總total 金額amount) NT$412=200+212
營業稅：tax ( NT$=0)
實繳金額：actually paid NT$412
(total amount NT$412+tax NT$0=412)
