There are many promotional activitities in Taiwan. Even you refuel the car, you have a lot of choices. You might get some free gift from the petrol station, one of the gifts is the coupon of washing car. Some stations might offer one coupon like 抵用券. When you see the words "抵用"(50)printed，it means that the original price is NT$100, once you want to wash the car, you need to pay NT$50 only.
The other coupon B printed "免費"，it means free for washing car. When you want to wash your car in that petrol station right away or later on, you just return this coupon to them and then get a free service.
